Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup Grainwell Puffed Amaranth

1/2 cup Grainwell Puffed Quinoa

1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped

1/2 cup dried plums (prunes), chopped

1/2 cup dried dates, chopped

1/2 cup dried apples, chopped

1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans), chopped (optional)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instruction

1. Preparation:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with wax paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
