Grainwell’s new 105,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility is located in Dyersville, Iowa.

Designed with precision and built from the ground up to avoid any limits in achieving unsurpassed operational and quality deliverables for our customers, it features dedicated processing areas and specialized equipment to ensure the highest standards in allergen or gluten-free requirements for our customers that demand them.

As an SQF Level III-certified facility, we uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Our facility was designed with a full wall built down the middle for complete processing, warehousing, and shipping segregation. This design allows us to simultaneously produce, store, and stage multiple grain or legume products in distinct zones, ensuring our finished products are pure and free from cross-contamination.

With two specialized puffing zones, one for gluten friendly processing and the other for gluten free (and Top 9 allergen free) processing,  Grainwell’s facility design and production processes were created to eliminate concerns about cross contamination and provide assurances for meeting our customers’ specific product requirements.
