Grainwell Open House Marks a New Era in Puffed Grains

The Grainwell Open House was a success. Thank you to all that attended and those that helped make it possible. We are a proud member of the Dyersville business community and appreciate all those that attended and made us feel welcomed.

While open for a number of months, our September 27th event was the official opening of our new 105,000 sq. ft. grain puffing facility. It was an incredible day for our employees, family members and community guests.

We also want to thank the many honored guests including:

  • Hannes Bichsel, CEO of Cerex
  • Carrie Koelker and Dan Sumbach, State Senators
  • Jeff Jacque, Dyersville Mayor
  • Chris Podhajsky, Reverend of St. Francis Xavier
  • Konrad Strzalka, Member of the Press

Our new facility is the first of its kind in North America, using cutting-edge Cerex technology to produce high-quality, sustainable puffed grains for energy bars, cereals, granola, and more. As we continue to expand the market for puffed grains, we’re incredibly grateful for all the community support and excited about what the future holds.

Our open house was also featured in the Telegraph Herald. You can read their story here
